TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Promotion period from XXX to XXX. Promotion mechanic and prizes to be won. While stocks last!
  2. Above mentioned minimum purchase price refers to the final price including any discount codes
    applied to the purchase, excluding shipping fees.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.
  4. This Promotion is open to all individuals who are eighteen (18) years old and above, except
    employees and immediate families of Whealthfields Lohmann (S) Pte Ltd and its associated entities
    or agencies.
  5. Receipts must be dated between XXX and XXX. Only purchases of any Walch®, Ka Laundry Capsules,
    ar FÜM and Bleach selected NTUC Fairprice, Cold Storage, Giant & Sheng Siong retail outlets will be
    considered as valid entries.
  6. One receipt is only entitled to one redemption.
  7. All entries to be submitted by the end of XXX (promo end date), 2359 hours.
  8. Winners/customers with verified purchases will be notified via email by XXX ( within 14 working days
    after last day of entry). Only qualified winners/customers will be contacted.
  9. Winner/customer has to produce the original identification document, original receipt and the
    Official Notification Letter issued to claim the prize, failing which Whealthfields Lohmann (S) Pte Ltd
    reserves the right to reject the winner/customer and no prize will be given.
  10. In the event of product returns/refunds, the redeemed free gifts must be returned along with the
    purchased products.
  11. Any unclaimed prizes by XXX (14 working days after promo end-date) will be forfeited and donated
    to any charitable organization as determined by Whealthfields Lohmann (S) Pte Ltd. Any winner
    whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any compensation not withstanding nonreceipt
    by him/her of any notification.
  12. Whealthfields Lohmann (S) Pte Ltd’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final
    and binding. Whealthfields Lohmann (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to change, extend or withdraw and
    alter any of the terms and conditions of this Promotion without prior notice.
  13. All prizes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Whealthfields Lohmann (S) Pte Ltd
    reserves the right to substitute prizes with others of similar value at its discretion.
  14. Whealthfields Lohmann (S) Pte Ltd is not liable for any responsibilities for claims, demands, losses,
    costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the
    receiving/use of the prize, or any transaction or dealing between Whealthfields Lohmann (S) Pte Ltd
    and you in relation with the receiving/use of the prize.
  15. The value of the prize is accurate as at the date of printing. Whealthfields Lohmann (S) Pte Ltd is not
    responsible for any variation to that price after this date.
  16. Participation in this Promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By participating
    in this promotion, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal
    information by Whealthfields Lohmann (S) Pte Ltd for the purpose of administer this promotion.
